Admissions Application Checklist

Keep this checklist and use it for your personal reference. It is the responsibility of the parent to be sure all application material is completed and received by the Admissions Office. The admissions process for your child cannot proceed until these materials are received. We need the following from you prior to your interview:

1. Application for Admission. (download application now)

2. Application fee of $100. This fee is nonrefundable and is the only fee to be paid prior to admission acceptance.

3. Copies of all standardized test scores and all prior report cards.

4. Birth Certificate.

5. Immunization, Vision, and Dental records.

6. Student classroom visitation and placement assessment/screening.

7. Interview with the Head of School.
