Full tuition is due on August 1, 2012. Semi-annual payments are due August 1, 2012 and January 1, 2013. A service fee of $15 per month is charged for the monthly payment plans. The first payment on the ten-month plan is due August 1, 2012 and payment will be collected through May 1, 2013. The first payment on the eleven-month plan is due July 1, 2012 and payment will be collected through May 1, 2013. If tuition is not paid by the 15th of each month, there will be a late payment fee of $25. Automatic withdraws are available for all payment options. Automated credit card payments plans are available for all pay options @ 4.1% fee.
Financial Aid:
It is our desire that every school family be able to continue their Christian education at Trinity Oaks. To that end, Trinity Oaks maintains a financial assistance program which is based on need. FAST Applications are available online at our website. Families will be notified of their award status by early May. New families will be notified two weeks after the FAST application has been submitted.
